When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this website, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, postcode, and the details of the job or enquiry you describe. We collect this information so that we can respond to you and, where relevant, provide our services to you as a client.

If you book a call with us through this website, we collect the information you provide when making that booking.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest when we respond to a business enquiry you have made, and on the basis of contract when we deliver our services to you as a client.

Your enquiry data is stored and managed through HubSpot, our customer management platform, which operates servers within the European Union.

If you book a call with us, that booking is handled by Cal.com, which operates within the European Union.

If you become a client of Trade Foundation, additional platforms are used to deliver our services to you. These include Twilio, which sends text messages and is based in the United States, and Make, which runs our automation and operates within the European Union. Where any of your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required under UK GDPR.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

If your enquiry does not lead to you becoming a client, we keep your data for up to 12 months and then delete it, in case you get back in touch during that time. If you become a client, we keep your data for the length of our agreement and for six years afterwards, in line with standard business and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing office@tradefoundation.co.uk.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at office@tradefoundation.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You can reach them at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

This website uses cookies that are necessary for the contact form and booking system to work. The contact form is powered by HubSpot, which may set its own cookies to operate the form and link your enquiry to your details. The booking calendar is powered by Cal.com. We do not use our own advertising or marketing cookies on this website.
